The work Amurg is a composition made up of 5 pieces, where the presence of the artist is marked by a shadow that recalls his silhouette in contemplation, gazing at a richly colored past. The Minerul Building is an example of Art Nouveau architecture, a style that manifested in Europe during the late 19th and early 20th centuries, and represents an important piece of Baia Mare’s architectural heritage. It is part of a group of historic buildings that define the city center and reflect its economic and social development during that period.
